We don’t have anything to shred. Why would we need a shredding service?
All businesses have discarded confidential information and should be shredding. Businesses generate customer lists, price lists, drafts, bids, payroll information, customer information, and memos just to name a few.

We use an office shredder, why change?
There are a number good of reasons:
*Business analysts agree that the outsourcing of non-value added jobs, like shredding, saves a company time and money. Eighty pounds of paper destroyed with an office shredder will take your employee about 6 hours to do. We can do it in just a few minutes and at a fraction of the cost. Now your employee is free for the more important jobs in the operation of your business.

*No equipment to buy or maintain, no messy clean up and no shredded paper to throw away.

*Protection against employee theft or unauthorized employees viewing sensitive documents while they are shredding.

Can we have scheduled pick-ups?
Yes, we provide free security containers to our repeat customers. The security containers are lockable with paper slots.

Do we need to pay now or will you bill us?
Which ever is more convenient for you.

What happens to the documents after they are shredded?
The shredded material is recycled.

Can I witness the destruction of my documents?
Yes, you are always welcome to watch us work.

Do you provide a Certificate of Destruction?
Yes, immediately following the completion of every shredding event.

How quickly can you respond to our request for shredding?
Typically within 24 to 48 hours. We will support weekend, holiday and evening pick-ups if you require.

Should we remove the paperclips, rubber bands, staples and fasteners from documents and files?
No, our industrial strength shredder can destroy these types of material.

Are there restrictions on the color or type of paper I can have destroyed?
